About Us

History

1993

Alsgro started out as a Development Corporation, SEC registered on August 1993.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                1994

Gruenville 1 became ALSGRO's pilot development project. What started out as a Concept for affordable but quality housing became a reality.

1995

Rosada Subdivision in Brgy. Tagapo, Sta. Rosa, Laguna was launched.

                                                                                                        1996 

Gruenville II in Brgy. Tagapo, Sta Rosa, Laguna was unveiled on a 3.3 hectare land area.

1997

This remarkable year for ALSGRO saw the ground breaking of Bella Solana, an 18.3 hectare Residential land in Brgy. Bigaa, Cabuyao, Laguna. This is the only project so far that has 4 Contiguous phases with a large commercial area.

                                                                                                        1998

This year saw the birth of Palmdale II on a 3.318 hectare residential land located in Brgy. San Francisco, Victoria, Laguna.

1999

Fairfield was developed on a 5.3 hectare lot located in Brgy. Tagapo, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.Withiin the same year, Bayfair of Margana, in Brgy. Putatan Muntinlupa was developed.

                                                                                                         2003

 2003, Sol-car Ville subdivision was developed on a 6.1 hectare residential area locatedAt Brgy. Dita, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. In the same year, Mckinleyville was developed on a 6.3 hectare land in Brgy. San Francisco Victoria, Laguna.

2007

As a highlight in its trailblazing performance, ALSGRO received the coveted award as a LeadingDeveloper in Socialized Housing in 2007, Region IV - A, Land Development Category. This Laurel is serving as the crowning glory to its conceived vision to be "One of the Country's BestLand Developer".

                                                                                                             2014

To date, ALSGRO has completed 13 subdivision projects. 10 of which were development  projects With joint venture partners. This track record constantly reaffirms ALSGRO's tact of tapping joint venture for growth opportunities.
